Balance & Your Pillars

It’s not just about working out. It’s about making sure you do the activities that will move you forward toward your goal combined with eating well, getting enough rest and playtime, and having reasonable goals and mindset.

Bonus: Attached you will find a worksheet to get you on track for your goals. Take some time to asses what it is you want to accomplish and what you are willing to do for it. They MUST equal each other.

Then as you go through the lessons, use it to fill in some of the blanks that weren’t there at the start.

For Resting HR: To calculate your resting HR, simply take your pulse on the palm side of your wrist (thumb side) when you wake up naturally and time it for a minute.

Take a little time to sit down and think about this and fill it out before you more on. Upload it for accountability and so that we can be of more assistance to you.
