Bonus 5 Part Shoulder Warm Up

These exercises will generally open up and awaken up the 10 joints you have in your shoulder girdle. It is an excellent exercise if you are tight and weak throughout your shoulders. If you sit at a desk a lot, then use this to break up that pattern of sitting and having your head going forward and shoulders slouching. Use before a workout or on its own.
