Your body functions best as it were a house that could move around. Your roof needs to be in the right place. Your basement solid. Your walls a certain strength. And enough space in the house so that everything can move properly.

They way we approach fitness today is as if we had one of those one story "broke down" houses you see on those home improvement shows and we tried to add a second story because it was the new hot thing to do. And we got A LOT of info on how to add this second story and make our house look amazing, but the directions didn't know that we had a 1 story broke down house and it mentioned nothing about how to fix our structure before snazzing up our house.

So we did it because it pumped up our ego and we had visions of having our ideal house. And it was FUN when we first started (because starting something produces a high). But as we went along it became frustrating and hard. You did what it said but the structure of the house wont support it. And no matter how hard you try and modify what the directions are saying the STRUCTURE WONT SUPPORT THE NEW ADDITIONS.

Working Out Holistically Is The

We have over 600 muscles, over 300 bones, and all of our internal organs, nerves, arteries and systems: nervous, endocrine, cardio vascular etc. that make up our body structure. They are all connected by fascia, and all these muscles, bones and organs have a specific function (job) and place to be. When you move your body, this movement effects your whole being. Everything you do is an education (an exercise) to your body. ​


This online training program takes all this into consideration when walking you through your program. Its not just about sweating or feeling the burn, its about using stretches and exercises to reeducate your body to its highest potential.


These very specific exercises work you from the inside out. Targeting all those areas that most people ignore to provide your body with the best integrated training so that it has access to function its best.

These are just some of the techniques that are needed to reeducate your body. It is important that you are not only doing these correctly, but know how to put them together. Just looking at a picture or trying to piece it together from youtube videos wont cut it. 


Take a look at a really good anatomy book and look and all the little different lines in the muscles and how everything is connected. Each one of those lines shows the direction that a muscle can be strengthened and stretched. As so all these areas and what they are attached to need to be respected in the building of your structure.

And there are areas of your body that are a little more important than the others because of the relationships they have with the rest of the body and there job of holding the body together.

Take the L5 - S1 Lower back joint. It gets a lot of force and pressure put upon it through daily life. And so even with good posture and alignment it needs a little love. You see your posture and balance just don't magically stay. You need to "educate it" through proper exercises that are designed to open it back up and educate it to that stay.

Now this does not mean some sort of traction machine or hanging upside down. Those methods may produce some relief, but they are unspecific and more importantly your body is learning nothing at all so it will go back to what it knows. Which is usually not where you want it.
