Segmental strengthening: Lower longissimus(lower back)

Segmental strengthening diaphragm

Segmental strengthening TVA(deep abs)

Segmental Strengthening upper obliques abs

Segmental strengthening upper Illocostialls(upper outside back)

Segmental strengthening lower obliques abs

Segmental strengthening lower Illocostialls (lower outside back)

Segemntal strengthening upper oblique rotation abs

Segmental strengthening upper trasversospinalias

Segmental strengthening lower oblique rotation abs
