1. Why does SolCore focus on fascia instead of just muscles?

Most systems train only the muscles — but muscles are dumb without fascia to organize them. Fascia is the tissue that houses and connects your entire body. It transmits force, information, and fluids. If you skip this layer, you’re just adding strength on top of dysfunction. We train the system that governs the muscles — not just the muscles themselves.

2. I’m not very flexible or body-aware. Will I even be able to do this?

Yes — and that’s the point. You don’t need to be flexible or perfectly in tune with your body to start. You just need to be open to feeling and learning. I’ll guide you step by step. Over time, your awareness and strength grow together — and that’s where the real change happens.

3. Is this therapy or training? I don’t get the difference.

It’s both — and more. What I do comes from an osteopathic approach, which sees the body as one connected system. It’s built on the science of bio-tensegrity — the balance of tension and structure that keeps you upright and moving well. Sometimes that means hands-on work. Sometimes it’s precise movement. Either way, the goal is to help your whole body function better — not just treat one part.

4. Why do the exercises look so different from what I’ve done before?

Because they are. Movements like ELDOA, segmental strengthening, and myofascial stretching don’t come from traditional fitness or rehab. They’re based on osteopathic principles and the science of bio-tensegrity, which understands the body as a living, connected web — not separate parts. These exercises may look unusual, but they’re designed to help your structure organize, decompress, and heal from the inside out.

5. I’ve tried everything. How is this different?

You’re not alone. Most people who come to me are smart, frustrated, and have seen multiple practitioners or tried programs that didn’t stick. What makes this different is the system: we don’t chase symptoms or follow trends. We address the root mechanical patterns that drive compensation and pain. This isn’t a recycled set of exercises — it’s a fascia-based, customized approach that helps your body relearn how to support itself. It’s not flashy. It’s effective.

6. Do you offer group classes?

Yes — but these aren’t casual drop-in workouts. I offer structured group and semi-private programs built on the same fascia-based, segmentally precise system I use in private sessions. Classes progress over time and require commitment. Everyone is here to train with intention — not just show up and sweat.

7. How long will it take to see results?

That depends on your body and your consistency. Some people feel a shift after the first couple sessions. For others, it takes a few weeks or even a few months. This isn’t a quick fix — it’s a process. But even if full results take time, you’ll keep feeling better along the way. As your body learns to organize itself, each step builds on the last. If you commit, you’ll get more than symptom relief. You’ll get lasting change.
