Our unique and effective custom-built exercise programs are used in our Personal Training, Semi-Private Personal Training, Group Exercise Classes, and our online training. We hold all our sessions at 1091 Siler Road Unit A4 Santa Fe, NM 87507. And have an online program for those of you who want to do this program, but can’t make it to our facility.
