Semi Private Small Group Personal Training In Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Is A Great Option For Those Individuals Who Enjoy Working Out With Others, But Still Want That One-on-one Personal Attention.

We know from experience that people who choose Semi-Private small group training in Santa Fe get more enjoyment and better results than working out on their own or just meeting friends at the gym. And that’s what it’s all about…results. Scientific research has shown that a good support system is imperative to sticking with a program. At SolCore Fitness, we base our workouts on a scientifically proven method to balance your body, burn fat and get you strong and healthy.

These sessions consist of 2-4 people in a group and include all of the benefits of Personal Training. We start by meeting with each participant individually and give you a comprehensive physical evaluation that includes assessing posture, flexibility, core function, strength, balance, movement skills, and your health and nutrition history.

Along with the semi-private group training sessions, we will design a program just for you. You will be provided with a step-by step program to follow on your own, giving you a 7-day custom built exercise program. We will meet every month with each participant for one private personal training workout to develop and implement modifications needed for your program. That way we will maintain an individual relationship between you and your trainer. You will be on a path that produces consistent, steady results and you will have the tools to be able to sustain good health for life.

These classes are best for people who are generally well conditioned and don’t have any acute issues to work through. Its main goal is balancing the body while strengthening and toning the body. You will do a combination of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, plyometrics, cardio, myofascial stretching and ELDOA’s. If you have other people who are at your same level that you would like to workout with, a custom time frame can be made for your group.

By exercising with people who share your commitment to good health and fitness, and with a qualified personal trainer at your side, you will train harder and better than you ever would on your own. By working with SolCore Fitness in our semi private small group personal training you will avoid boredom and stagnation and be on a supported route with continued success.
