These sessions will consist of 2-4 people in a group and include all of the benefits of Personal Training. We will start by meeting with each participant individually and give you a comprehensive physical evaluation that includes assessing posture, flexibility, core function, strength, balance, movement skills, and your health and nutrition history.
We will then design a program for you so that along with the semi-private small group training sessions, you will be provided a step-by step program to follow on your own, giving you a 7-day custom built exercise program. Each month we will meet with each participant individually for one private personal training workout to develop and implement your individual modifications needed for your program. That way we will maintain an individual relationship between you and your trainer. You will be on a path that produces consistent, steady results and you will have the tools to be able to sustain good health for life.
These classes are best for people who are generally well conditioned and don’t have any acute issues to work through. Its main goal is balancing the body while strengthening and toning the body. There is only one main time that we hold these: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 pm, but If you have other people who are at your same level that you would like to workout with, a custom time frame can be made for your group.
