This unique program can specifically target where you need the most work, using stretches and exercises whose sole purpose is to educate or re-educate your areas of need. As a result, we can isolate where you need the most work and what to do about it.

But we don’t stop there. Since your body functions holistically, we incorporate a total body program where each habit, stretch, exercise, and routine builds upon each other to function at its best. And we integrate all these techniques and the best practices for your body to give it truly holistic training.

This is for people who are active and want to stay active. They want to keep and improve their performance and/or eliminate those nagging pains and stiffness holding them back. They understand that it takes a program and a map to get somewhere, not a couple of exercises they were given by a practitioner or found in a magazine or on YouTube.

I came because I have ankylosing spondylitis, which is arthritis of the spine, and If I don't move my spine could fuse. When I came in here, I could barely move, and Ekemba, with patience, got me through the stretches. It was hard, but I'm glad I stuck with it because now I can move I can ski I'm about ready to go back to tennis. It's changed my life. I found an exercise program that keeps me in my life. I encourage anyone with any back problems or chronic pain to join because you will see fantastic changes. SolCore fitness has changed my life.

My back pain was so bad that I was being knocked out of my life for 4-6 week blocks. I couldn’t do anything. This started infrequently but was getting more frequent. At the start, I just pushed through it because it wasn’t that bad, but as time went on, it was becoming unbearable. I tried everything. I went to Yoga classes, worked out, and did those 10-pack Rolfing sessions they recommend. After going through the SolCore Fitness program, my back pain is pretty much nonexistent. I feel so much more aware of my body, and I feel much stronger. I love the personal attention and the fact that this program really works.

When I started with SolCore a year and a half ago I was suffering from chronic back pain, constant migraines, and numbness and weakness in my arms and legs. I had tried chiropractics and physical therapy with no improvement. The spine specialist told me that spinal injections were going to be my only pain relief. So I kept searching and was blessed to find SolCore. Thanks to SolCore (and those ELDOA'S!) the numbness and weakness is gone, the chronic pain is under control and I'm back to doing the things I love. Thank you SolCore!
