Proprioception Sinus Tarsi

The Sinus Tarsi is a really important joint in your feet. This joint is important in maintaining your gravity line. Staying within that 4 degree cone of your gravity line is important in staying balanced, energetic and out of pain.

The feet are important because if they are not balanced, then when the foot hits the force needs to transfer through the feet properly and up through the body.

Parameters:

  • Once you set up hold for 1 min
  • Find a level where you are wobbling a bit
  • Progress from: lightly holding on, both arms off to the side, arms down by your side, eyes closed
