This exercise will help normalize the CSF fluid that runs from your skull through your spine to your pelvis. It will leave you feeling more clear headed, energetic and warmed up.

Do this on its own or before or after exercise.

Parameters:

  • Do 10 reps each side
  • Being tall through your head to your butt is priority
