The hip joint is one that can move in a lot of different direction as well as take a lot of forces through it. That is if it is free and turned on. This joint is important is also important in maintaining your gravity line. Staying within that 4 degree cone of your gravity line is important in staying balanced, energetic and out of pain.
Doing the proprioception of the hip is a great way to keep the hip joint firing and active.

- Once you set up hold for 1 min
- Find a level where you are wobbling a bit
- Progress from: lightly holding on, both arms off to the side, arms down by your side, eyes closed
