So, if you want to be in a better place, start by changing your thoughts. I donât mean the thoughts that involuntarily flit across your consciousness a million times a day. I mean the ones you decide to grab onto, turn over in your head, contemplate ⌠even when doing so only makes you feel bad, worse and worst.
Those thoughts? They are not “you,” and you are the boss.
